The
Company Seal

Caero Healthcare Services operates on six core values which are commonly known as the 6 C's.

These are Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment.

The Company ensures that the job gets done in an effective and efficient manner and that our clients are safe and treated well.

Our service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission under the Heath & Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activities) regulations 2014 and Care Quality Commission (registration) regulations 2009 (Part 4). We are regulated to carry out personal care and deliver Domiciliary care services and Nursing Care (Treatment of disease , disorder or injury) in the community.

Caero Healthcare was founded in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic to tackle the escalating social care staffing crisis. Our name, "Caero”, a portmanteau of three words: Caer, Care and Hero, is more than a label; it reflects our essence and mission.

  • Caer.  This element honors the breathtaking hills of Caer Caradoc in  Church Stretton, Shropshire, where our journey began, grounding us in the community that inspired our inception.

  • Care. A testament to our core mission, this represents our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services essential to the wellbeing of our community.

  • Hero. A tribute to the extraordinary healthcare professionals who work tirelessly, often going unrecognized, their dedication epitomizing heroism in action.

"Caero" embodies the beauty of our roots, our dedication to outstanding care, and the spirit of the heroes who drive our mission forward.

Our Mission is to deliver excellent quality personal care, nursing care, support and practical services to individuals in the community, enabling them to live as independently as possible in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

To be the leading and the most innovative provider of excellent and outstanding quality care to service users in the United Kingdom.

Brian Apalisok, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse-Manager

Hailing from the Philippines, Brian, a Registered Nurse by profession,  has demonstrated excellence throughout his career, underpinned by a robust track record of success in Leadership.

His journey began in academia, where he displayed remarkable leadership as elected Governor of the College of Nursing, representing 1,200 plus  student nurses, and as President of the graduating class of 400 student Nurses in 2008 at a prestigious university in the Philippines, Holy Name University. He was  deemed the best Governor in the history of the department due to his dedication and excellence and has earned him several accolades, including the Best in Research award, Gold Medals for Leadership, the Central Student-Government  Leadership Award, the College of Nursing Leadership Award and the Community Involvement Award.

Interestingly, Nursing was not Brian's initial aspiration. Coming from a direct lineage of court Judges and Barristers dating back to the 1800s, he initially pursued a four-year scholarship of a degree of his choice:

BA in International Studies as a preparatory degree for his law studies, awarded by Ateneo De Cagayan University, one of the top Universities in the Philippines. However, his remarkable score of 98% on the Nurses Aptitude Test catalyzed his decision to pivot toward nursing, a choice that ultimately led to his passion for homecare.

With extensive experience leading Nursing Teams in Hospitals, Nursing  homes and domiciliary care-Complex Care companies, Brian has successfully driven teams to achieve good and  outstanding ratings from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), solidifying his commitment to quality care and excellence in the healthcare sector.
